Return & Refund Policy

At 4WheelsNElectroPro, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or modified
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page

🔄 Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method
  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, then contact us if the issue persists

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

🌍 International Returns

For international orders, the same 30-day return policy applies. However, please note that return shipping costs and any customs/duties fees are the responsibility of the customer.
